LoadYield pulls listings from your connected load boards, calculates the true cost of every run, and ranks loads by what you’ll actually keep. Fuel, tolls, deadhead, and repositioning are all accounted for—and every recommendation comes with a clear explanation.

What a LoadYield analysis looks like
One search runs across the boards you’re signed in to. Each load gets a score, a one-line verdict and a rate to ask for.
AI summary. The strongest money is on the Chicago, Charlotte, Atlanta, and Phoenix lanes, with Chicago standing out on both earnings and reload strength. Denver and Miami have weak reload sides that require costly repositioning; several shorter Texas-origin runs offer workable one-day money but fall short of the hot-call rules.
How LoadYield compares to searching load boards by hand
LoadYield is a load-analysis tool for owner-operators and truck dispatchers: it pulls postings from Truckstop, DAT One and EchoDrive into one list, subtracts fuel, tolls, deadhead and the run to the next load, and ranks every load by what it actually pays.
The rate on the board is where the work starts. Before the AI sees a load, LoadYield has already done the rest of the math, the way you would if you had all day.
The same lane open in three tabs, each board searched on its own.
One search runs on Truckstop, DAT One and EchoDrive and comes back as one list, with each load’s board named.
Fuel guessed from a national average. Tolls and the empty miles to the pickup figured later, if at all.
Diesel priced state by state along a real truck route, tolls at 5-axle rates, and the empty miles to the pickup, all taken off the rate before you see it.
Counting driving hours in your head to guess whether it delivers tomorrow.
The 11-hour driving limit and the 10-hour break are built in, so you see how many days the run takes and what each overnight stop costs.
A great rate into a town with nothing coming back out.
Every drop is scored on how easy the next load is to find. In a slow market, the empty miles to a busier one count against the load, so loads compare by what they earn per working day.
A gut call on which broker to phone first, and this morning’s search gone by lunch.
Every load is ranked Hot, Review or Avoid, with the reasons in plain English. Your searches stay in your account, and only you can see them.

Every plan runs the same analysis on every load, across all three boards. Plans differ only in how many searches and loads they cover.
For trying it on your own lanes.
For a dispatcher searching every day.
For running the boards all day across several trucks.
Everyone starts on Free. Change or cancel a paid plan at any time. How the limits work
Choose Start free, enter your email and the boards you use, and open the link we send. Your Free account is ready as soon as you choose a password. Then add the browser extension from your dashboard and run your first search. The Free plan never expires. Move to a paid plan only when you need more.
Only the load listings on Truckstop, DAT One and EchoDrive when you run a search: lanes, dates, equipment, weight, rate and the broker’s contact details. It doesn’t read other websites, your browsing history, cookies or keystrokes, and it only runs on the load boards and LoadYield. The full list is in our privacy policy.
No. You sign in to each board yourself, in your own browser, just as you do today. The extension never reads or stores your board passwords. It connects to LoadYield with its own token, which you can disconnect at any time.
Each board sets its own terms, and they vary by board and by subscription, so we can’t answer for your account. Here is what LoadYield does: it reads the listings already shown to you, in your own signed-in browser, when you start a search. It doesn’t sign in for you or share your board access with anyone. If you’re unsure, check your board’s subscriber agreement or ask your account rep, and we’re glad to explain exactly what the extension does.
Each plan has two limits. Searches a day counts every search you run across your boards, and resets every day. Loads analyzed is a monthly allowance that resets on the 1st. It’s used when you run the AI analysis on a search, in blocks of up to 60 loads: a search with 1 to 60 loads uses one block, 61 to 120 uses two. Searching without analyzing uses none, and the analyze button shows how much a search will use before you start. Run out and you can upgrade, or ask for extra loads from Settings.
Hot is a set of rules, not the AI’s mood. A load has to pay at least $2.99 a mile counting the empty miles to the pickup, run at least 200 loaded miles, have one pickup and one drop, and start less than 200 empty miles from your truck. Among the loads that qualify, the AI picks the best by what each one earns per working day: the net after fuel, tolls and the empty run out of a slow market, over the days the hours-of-service rules say it takes. A search has at most 10 Hot loads.
No. LoadYield ranks the loads and explains why; the call is still yours. One click opens the load on its own board, with the broker’s name and phone number in front of you.
Fuel, tolls and hours of service come from the route and the equipment. Driver pay and what an overnight stop costs you are set on each search, because they change from truck to truck. The form remembers what you used last.
Truckstop, DAT One and EchoDrive. A search runs on every board you’re signed in to and comes back as one ranked list, with each load’s board named.
It stays in the list, marked as unpriced. You get a target rate based on what similar loads in the same search pay, so you know what to ask for.
